Congratulations to our Under 16 football team on winning the Mid Cork League after a great game v Macroom winning eventually on a score of 2-9 to 1-7, having been level at 0-5 each at half time. Both teams played so well in the second half and the game was very close right to the end. Well done girls and enjoy the celebrations!

Well done to our under 15 football team who played exceptional football at the County Feile yesterday winning two out of their three matches and only failing to reach the semi-final on a three way tie in their group where count back on points conceded cost them. The County Feile was hosted by Grenagh and it was a great day for all teams involved and their supporters - well done to Carrigtwohill girls who prevailed in a very entertaining and tight match in the final against Lisgoold.

A number of our girls and coaches attended the Gaelic4Teens festival day in Abbotstown, Dublin on Saturday 30th April. The day was a huge success with all the girls and indeed the coaches and parents having a great time! Thanks to Wills at LGFA, all the Gaelic4Teens ambassadors and the other coaches present for putting on a fantastic day for girls from clubs all over Ireland. Thanks also to Zu Car for sponsoring the Gaelic4Teens programme we have been lucky to be part of this year.
